Lean comes from Toyota's production System. Our Lean knowledge was gained at Toyota in Japan in Japanese. We traveled the US, into Europe, thru Asia, to Japan. The top masters from the best TPS deployment are now with us and will do the same for your institution.

Our Six Sigma knowledge comes directly from the original deployment team at Motorola where Six Sigma was born. We deployed and mastered Six Sigma within the industry before consulting.

Our prodigious leadership experts posses a wealth of knowledge ranging from the most technical to top executive including VP of TPS, VP of Six Sigma, COO, and many more germane senior executive roles.

We instill a culture. TPS is powerful being founded in it's culture. Typical Lean is TPS with it's tools plucked and little culture. Like Lean Six Sigma is tool rich and culturally weak. Our executive leaders deploy Six Sigma with a strong culture. The difference is so profound that Motorola came to us to replicate the results.

We specialize in making institutions completely independent very quickly. We are unique here, consulting firms make their living by keeping their clients dependant on them. Like Toyota, we complete the deployment by teaching the tools of the trade AND developing the top to bottom culture to sustain the investment and perpetuate ongoing independent internal growth.

We are able to provide small companies with the advantages of Lean and Six Sigma. Thru our partnership with MEP we can combine several companies to make the classroom experience rich and affordable.

Of course nobody has an ugly baby but sometimes leaders will see their momentum dying and recognize that their providers have sold them a tool set or a training program void of the culture that makes it all work. This is the very reason Lean or Six Sigma gets a bad rap, most suppliers do well in the classroom but lack the vision that takes continuous improvement to it's highest level. We get these programs on track.

We perform company turnarounds. Outside the context of continuous improvement we will take a company that is failing due to corporate structure and realign it for success or resale.
